The Egoscue Method and PatchFitness in Japan

The Egoscue Method opened two clinics in Japan a couple of years ago and ever since then they've been taking Japan by storm. Now that Egoscue has been established in Japan and there's a lot of a pain free people walking around, now what?

Dant-da-da-dah...PatchFitness is what! That's right, we're going global. Brining fun and love of movement back to the whole world. Just watch the video above. Sure you can't understand most of it (unless you speak Japanese), but you don't have to speak the language to tell that everyone is having fun and feeling good. Remember, communication is 90% non-verbal. So this video speaks volumes. Enjoy!

Activotee.com has grown up to be SDPatchFitness.com

I initially started this website/blog in an effort to bring fun back to fitness and help others fall in love with movement. Well it just so happens that I work with an awesome company I'm sure many, if not all of you have heard about. The Egoscue Method. And Egoscue has another little company under it's wings, called PatchFitness.

Well of all the crazy random happenstances, our message and goals seem to coincide. So effective immediately Activotee.com will now be sdpatchfitness.com.

What Do I Do For Maintenance?

I heard this question a lot when I was a personal trainer.
I heard it a lot when I managed a supplement store.
And I still hear it today at all of our Egoscue clinics around the world.

My response has always been to answer this question with another question.

Why would you want to?   

I've been doing Egoscue exercises for nearly five years now and I'm still getting better. Sure my pain was gone within two months of starting the program, but till this day I continue feeling positive changes.

You have to remember that the human body is a stimulus reacting organism. In other words, our bodies react to our environments, how we move or don't move, and what we put into our bodies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our bodies are always changing. That's how we maintain.

So how can you change the stimulus around you in order to maintain health and wellness?

The Fun Theory

The Fun Theory is an initiative of Volkswagen. The site is dedicated to the thought that something as simple as fun is the easiest way to change people’s behaviour for the better. How to Thrive Outside the Gym
